More collections.....

Recently, I bought so many cook books and magazines that I have not been able to post them here. Will try to post the photos gradually in these few weeks.

My greatest achievement lately was the purchase of plastic mooncakes moulds (press-type) that I have been searching for. I always wanted to make mooncakes but I don't have that ample time as well the suitable moulds. I do have books on mooncakes which I read and done some research from the Internet.

The urge to make them came about after I attended one of RBC's Cooking Classes which was in November 2009 together with my daughter. I have all the ingredients needed at hand. Well, let me see these few days........
